Pilates Mat Classes
Pilates mat exercises are a combination of the original exercises designed by Joseph Pilates. Our mat classes are 1-hour small group classes, suitable for beginners through to advanced. The small class numbers allow for close supervision of technique ensuring clients get the most possible out of each session. These classes teach you how to correctly activate and maintain your core whilst moving and strengthening your arms and legs.
We use a variety of accessories in our classes such as foam rollers, magic circles, theraband, and fitballs.
Our studio is complete with thick mats, dimmed lighting and air-conditioning making our clients feel very comfortable.
Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothes and socks as well as bringing 2 towels.
Whilst bookings are not essential for Pilates Mat classes, it is advised.
Our full program of classes run in line with school terms.
